I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
Round 1 - Online Aptitude Test
Round 2 - On-Campus interviews, short & simple case and some behavioural questions. Interviewer was very nice
Round 3 - On-Site interviews, was matched with a 'buddy' who worked at Capital One that provided answers to questions and guidance on the interview process. Interview was very long (3.5 hours), involving more difficult cases. Overall good experience, was notified results within a day.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Nottingham, Inghilterra) in Feb 2019
Interview
The process is good. I feel nervous because my English is not good. It is a challenge for me to describe a situation in detail. The questions are not very difficult.
Did a 45min interview on phone. A case study with a lot of calculations, calculating profit/loss, giving suggestions to a new company etc. Most of the questions are on accounting conceptswith some Econ background.
