The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
Online coding assessment followed by 4.5 hours of back-to-back “Power Day” interviews. An exhausting process, really. Still didn’t fully understand what the role even consisted of. Wouldn’t recommend if you have other options available.

Question 1
Read this block of code and tell me what output you would get for this input.
I applied it through a recruiter and it was 3 steps.
Overall, it took about 3 weeks and I had positive experiences throughout the interview process
1. Online coding challenge
2. Behavioral interview
3. Technical interview

Question 1
Behavioral interview was done with typical questions that you would expect (common ones you can find in the internet). One interesting point was the interviewer asked me numerous follow-up questions and try to sync their understanding of my answers.
It was a 3 part interview all in one day. Technical + behavioral+ generic. The process is draining, but pretty forgiving and easy. The technical is, naturally, overlooked by an engineer where you are allowed to ask some guiding questions. The rest are the same as you'd expect from any interview
