There were two technical rounds, After that managerial round and HR round. Selection process is very smooth. After selection you need to wait for offer letter as it takes time. HR needs to get approval from the team for which hiring is taking place.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capgemini (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2024
Interview
A recruiter from Capgemini contacted me via LinkedIn about an urgent role. They promised to provide the interview schedule after the weekend.
However, the recruiter ghosted me, never responding to my follow-ups. It's frustrating because I made time to speak with them, yet they didn't bother to reply with a simple yes or no answer.
This experience leaves a negative impression of the company culture in general.
