Interview
Fast Interview process once resume is shortlisted. L1 and L2 interviews done within a span of 4 days. L3 interview a week after. Interview kept getting shorter with each level. L1 was initially driven by the interviewer and later became more of a dialogue, 45 minutes. L2 interview was around 20 mins of questions, another 10 mins of a discussion between us. L3 interview was around 10 mins, with a Senior Director who made sure to put me at ease and conversation was more around company culture and what to expect after joining.

The interview process was robust and all encompassing thereby effectively evaluating the technical, functional and managerial capabilities of the candidate.
