Passed the online tests and then got the phone interview. Best thing to do here which worked is to create a series of flash cards on the likely questions you will get. They aren't trying to trip you up and will give you a bit of time to think about the answer. Passed this and now waiting for the assessment centre.

Tell me about a situation where had to adjust to circumstances outside of your control.
Short call with a member of the team. The call comprised of a chat and a very short case over the phone. After that, two back to back interviews on another day. During those it became apparent that what this company does is far away from management consulting.

Interview was as you would expect. The interview went well, I was told recruitment would reach out shortly for next steps. Never heard from them again, emails to the recruitment team were ignored, any attempts to contact the company have been ignored.
