I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderabad) in Nov 2025
Interview
Interview process good I would like to bring to your attention my concern regarding the prolonged recruitment process and the recent update shared with me.
I cleared the first interview round on 23rd November, followed by the second round after 10 days, which I also cleared. The HR round was conducted one week later, After the offer letter was released, I was informed that my UAN status was showing as red.
The entire process has already taken a considerable amount of time. After receiving the offer, I was informed that my UAN status is showing as “red”, which came as a complete surprise and is extremely disappointing for me, especially after successfully clearing all interview rounds and waiting patiently through each stage.
This situation has caused me significant stress, as I was mentally and professionally prepared to join the organization. I request you to please recheck the UAN details or guide me on the exact issue and possible resolution, as I am very eager to proceed and join at the earliest.
I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved soon.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
