I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bucarest, ) in Jan 2020
Interview
There was three interviews.
The first one was the technical one(mostly Java). It went well, the questions were pretty simple for that level of experience.
The second one was a HR interview. It also went well.
The third interview was not that great.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Oct 2019
Interview
The hiring process consisted of a written round followed by a technical interview and an HR interview. The thing is that interview happened on 11th of October and it's now 23rd October and the results are still not out. They told the result would be out in 3 days and they have yet not released the results. The company's behaviour is very lazy and unprofessional.
