Capgemini Engineering interview questions in Roma

They called me and asked about current job and experience. Then i had an interview with two managers that asked me about my projects, and some technical questions about Java, Struts framework and MVC pattern. Then they said they were not looking for a specific position, but just interviewing people that could be hired. They did not give any feedback

You will pass through three interviews. One with the manager who will try to get a background of you, the HR which will give a positive or negative valutation, and, in case both them are positive you will meet the customer for the last interview.
