Primo contatto con il manager/responsabile di divisione. Domande generali tipo presentazione, education, lavoro attuale, RAL attuale e inquadramento. Lo step successivo è stato un colloquio con un manager tecnico. Inizialmente domande generali sulle competenze attuali e progetti su cui lavori e successivamente domande/esercizi tecnici su programmazione.
