The complete recruitment process was carried at my college campus @Delhi .
We has a presentation on the first day where they explained us about Aricent - What Aricent does ?
Aricent works for which companies ? so on...
The same day we had the first round that was a Aptitude + Technical Round.
It was organised by AMCAT. It had five sections : Quant, Logical Reasoning, English , Programming and Data Structures and DBMS/OS/Computer Networks (for CSE/IT) or Electronics (for ECE).
The level of difficulty of the exam was not high.One with good knowledge will be able to do well in this test.
Next, the results were announced for the test and the interview was to be held the very next day.
It took a complete day from 9 am to 7 pm to wait for my turn to come.
they will usually ask more about microservices, how do we handle request, ask us to design the api for an application.
they will have L1 and L2 round for overall interview process.
3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

La primera fase consistía en una entrevista con Recursos Humanos para ver trabajos previos, expectativas laborales, etc. Una parte en inglés.
La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.
