Interview
Few rounds of face to face interviews with Senior Management followed by Group discussions. I was asked Strategic, operational and financial questions. There were HR rounds with the senior HR with main focus on Team management, motivation and career progression.

Interview
Interview first started with a HR Screening that asked me mostly about my current role, salary and expectations.
HR interview was followed by a telephonic round that involved technical questions related to my existing job profile and also targeting the role I was being interviewed for.
My Second and final face to face round was with my hiring manager and it was again a discussion about my past experiences and a discussion on the current opening and expectations.
Overall everything was handled very professionally and was very smooth.

Interview
Gone through head hunter screening, then met, HR Business Partner, then the hiring VP Manager, the BU VP and finally the CEO. Lots of questioning, but little transparency about the real situation of the business. My background was strong and resonated with them. Made the process remotely through Skype.
