Capgemini Associate interview questions

I got mail from the company regarding job opening of Banking Associate. First round is Essay writing, and second is HR interview in short and Third round is team leader round Last Two rounds will be Tying test and the HR interview.

I applied online. I received two phone interviews. All the interview questions are basic. The whole process took three weeks. I interviewed in NYC(New York City) in May. I accepted the offer in June.
