Applied online. Received a confirmation, Few days later got called for an interview. Sent a thank you letter a few days later. Received offer 2 weeks later; as he had other candidates. Interview was with General Manager and Service Lead. Happened all on the same day. Be confident, and know the difference between the collections. Ask questions and be attentive. If you have prior retail experience, with a proven track record in sales your good to go.

Waited 6 months later for them to get back to me. Went to one group interview and two one-on-one interviews with assistant manager and manager.
