Burberry Principle Engineer interview questions

Went through 3 rounds 1. system design : I cleared the round. 2. Interaction with the team: Team loved me and cleared for Director review. 3. With Director but also with a peer: No technical questions asked, specifically asked by HR to prepare nothing at all just talk about your experience. After chasing with HR for nearly a month received the feedback that I don’t have technical skills, utterly frustrating.
