I am a non-cs Major background and was offered to to a online assessment about logic questions, nothing about programming. The next day I recieved an emal about schedueling a 45-min technical phone interview. Not sure what will be covered, but they asked me to get paper and pencil ready for the phone interview... Hope it won't be too bad. They responded really ... really fast.

The Interview slot is for 45 minutes. There were 2 people in the panel, and then it started with a round of self introduction. Once thats done, I was asked to speak in detail of the project I had worked on previously. SOme 25 minutes of the interview centered on the project that I worked previously, like why it was done that way and why not that way. Then I was asked to write a C program to count the no of words in a string. With that the interview ended and I asked some 1-2 questions and signed off
