I participated in a long interview process, which started with the contact of HR, by phone. After that, the recruiter set up an almost 2-hour telephone interview with 3 peers and in the following week, more 3 people, including the direct manager. During another 2 hours, I had to describe successful use cases, processes and projects carried out. There were some reponse delays that were reported by the recruiter via email. In parallel, Bloomberg started the background check process conducted by a third-party company. It was very stressful, I had to fill a form several times in its platform because it didn't work, This company called me and asked several documents which were promptly provided. After a few weeks, I had others interviews (all by video) with 2 heads of the Sales, again, with the direct manager, who was very kind during the whole process. In that phase, I understood I was in the final stage of the process (the background check worked well). Weeks later, the recruiter emailed me explaining another person would assist me and introduced this person who was responsible to carry the interview process out. However, this person didnt give me an accurate update, I emailed this person who replied me only saying there wasn't any final decision yet. , answered only a message from me saying he had no answer and, almost 2 months later , I received an automatic email saying I had not passed. I found the process very disrespectful, as I went through 10 interviews, submitted documents, etc. I believe they should have, at the very least, a personalized and structured feedback for final candidates.
