Online tests before interviews. HR interview first, then interviewers from relevant teams get to ask. Divided by the requirements of the position, questions could include some of the knowledge of the data analytics, background in finance, applititude in programming etc.

Background in data science and finance. 3rd round interview with two interviewers
Phone interview with HR. One on one coding interview. Meeting with the team. They are all basic statistics and coding questions. People are very nice. I did not get an offer because they wanted some specific skill set.
