It was fairly long process. Each step was equally important however you quickly learn they are trying to ensure that you are a good addition to their community. The final round was by far the hardest because you were so close to the end. It consisted of a personal interview with a senior manager and it was quite challenging. There was a role play involved to ensure you could properly multi task and knew how to ask for help when needed.
