I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview consists of multiple tests (done online, graded by people), then multiple in-person (online) interviews (technical and cultural).
The first set of tests was concerning a broad spectrum of tasks and abilities(??), from reading comprehension, to rational reasoning and some statistical reasoning. Seven questions in total, half an hour time limit for each question.
The second set of tasks was leet-code-eque type of programming challenges. I've received two problems, an hour and a half for each.
Every individual question, in all the abovementioned tests, is timed, but there isn't a time limit to the test as a whole (meaning you could do one 30-minute question a day, for a week).
The next few interviews are supposed to be more in-depth technical assessments, as well as general motivation and cultural assessment. I haven't made it that far.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first seven problems (on the online test) were general problems:
1. Reading comprehension: A text is given, and then they ask question about the contents.
2. English language assessment: A slightly more complicated text is given, and the answers offered aren't exactly obvious, and are there to gauge the level of your understanding
3. Logic puzzles, like: if you move a unit south, then east, then north, you end up where you started from, where are you?
4. Statistical reasoning questions: you have some metrics for different time scales, you need to compare them and understand their relationships to not give a wrong answer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Belgrade) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview consisted of 7 tests, each lasting 30 minutes. The time only ticks when you start the test, so you can choose the time of the day/week when you feel the most comfortable to do as many as you want in a row.
Tests were of logical nature and I personally found them very interesting - each test had a storyline and a couple of questions from time to time as story progresses. On average, each test has around 6-7 questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Milano)
Interview
Some standarized test nonsense, some logical problems, a coding challenge, and a interview.
Took too long to get back. Got left in the dark.
Feedback was vague and the tests felt too ridiculous. People are more than just a stupid standarized test. Maybe try getting to know them better. The whole thing felt pretentious.

Question 1
One question I think I can share is "What was your worst project"
