Bending Spoons Operations & Learning Lead Manager interview questions

They wrote me by mail, reaching out through efinancialcareers. They asked me to do an 8 hour test because they found my CV interesting. I commited my time (8 hours for a test is a huge time!) and then, with an automatic reply, they rejected my application (which is fair, I mean, probably there were better candidates, but it's quite rude after an 8 hour test and after they, not me, made the first contact). This is not how you should treat a candidate. If you reach him/her out and then ask to commit his/her time (8 hours! not 8 minutes!!) you should AT LEAST provide a detailed feedback. AT LEAST. Very disappointed.
