Interview
I started with several online tests. They were very different compared to what other companies usual ask for on these positions. The tasks were logical, mathematical, and fun.
Then I had a behavioural interview, meeting some of the company members (probably for a culture fit check), and a system design interview. The flow of the process was very natural, even though a bit long it felt very smoothly done.
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
Two rounds of several tasks, most of which were logic problems, some were programing. After I did two interviews, a both were half behavioral, the second half was logic based on the first one and system design on the second one.
