Ho inviato il curriculum. Dopo poco ho ricevuto riscontro ed ho dovuto sostenere una serie di tasks (5 in totale) principalmente di logica e risoluzione di problemi particolarmente sfidanti. Un paio erano domande personali.

Interview
Gosh, the application process is so long and stressful. Yes you first submit a cv and cover letter, instead of them to do an initial sift at this stage, they get your hopes up by asking you to submit your transcripts of all institutions you have attended and then give you a 3 hour long quiz (broken down into different sections but it takes at least 3 hours to complete) best believe it doesn’t relate to the role you apply for. You are assigned a recruiter who will tell you they are going on vacation so from when you apply it takes at least 4 weeks before you know your fate. You het rejected for more “talented applicants” and then 2 days later they post the same jobs on LinkedIn. So I wonder are they CV farming or actually hiring to fill the role because what happened to the talented applicants? I understand not being selected for the role but don’t make people run around to obtain transcripts and stuff when you won’t give them a chance. Just send rejections like a normal hr team after the initial sift. This should not discourage you from applying, your case might be different.
