Below is an overview of the different stages: CV Screening The process begins with an initial review of the candidate's CV to assess their background and alignment with the role. Online Tests (First Round) Candidates are given two weeks to complete five online tests. These assessments primarily focus on: Problem-solving Reading comprehension Logical and numerical reasoning A practical case to be completed in Google Spreadsheet Aptitude and personality-based questions After successfully completing, candidates will go ahead with an interview with an HR representative.
