Processo lungo e macchinoso, sicuramente trasparente sui passaggi, ma troppo esagerato. Ci sono stati tre passaggi di risposte a domande di un form in un determinato lasso di tempo, di cui alcune domande di logica non inerenti al ruolo, un progetto da sviluppare e un colloquio. Dopo tale colloquio doveva esserci un'ulteriore colloquio + tre reference date da persone con cui si ha già lavorato. Troppo lungo. Al rifiuto non vengono nemmeno specificate le cause.

The process was quite long, over two months from the time I applied and entirely online. I did not progress to the interview stage, completing only logic and design tasks. I would recommend that future candidates be prepared for a lengthy process and accept the possibility of receiving a rejection after a significant time and effort invested. The steps were clearly defined and, for those genuinely interested in the position, enjoyable to complete. Everything was managed through their own platform in an automated manner.

First assessment round consisted of general logic/verbal reasoning tests. Second round involved a written analysis test based on given data and a design task. Overall quite time consuming but the HR rep was helpful.
