Interview
Started with CV screening and a numbr of online tests. There are logical, analytical, and programming questions (more algorithmic rather than specified languages). Since I had applied for their internship a while ago, some of those test results were remembered so I didn't have to do the same ones, but there are a couple of different tests. I had two rounds of interviews, one focused on motivation questions, the other was more technical which includes a round of system design.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the questions they asked was about what drives me to software engineering as well as what I value the most from a job.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Reading, Inghilterra) in Jan 2026

Interview
Extremely long and inefficient process. You need to complete many long take-home tasks and you'll spend hours with those before even talking to someone.
The 3 interviews are nice and people really kind, that is a plus.
However, they asked for references and made interviews with them, only to get rejected in the end.
Had to do a technical 45min task that had questions from general logical reasoning and computation. The task was interesting although had to answer 7 questions in 45min so quite quickly
