Il processo di assunzione è diviso in diverse fasi, la prima di screening del CV/portfolio e una seconda di tasks.
Ho passato la fase di screening senza esperienza sul CV, e mi sono fermato alla prima task. Il tempo richiesto non era eccessivo, e il tempo a disposizione per portarle al termine era più che sufficiente. Inoltre, l'HR è stato molto disponibile per rispondere a dubbi/chiarimenti. Sicuramente riproverò prossimo anno, quando magari avrò più esperienza in ambito UX.

Question 1
Racconta due momenti della tua vita in cui ti sei dimostrato competitivo
Processo lungo e multi stadio, durato più di due mesi
Non ho mai visto/parlato con qualcuno di interno prima di 3 step/tasks
I task sono impegnativi e richiedono fino a 1 settimana di lavoro ciascuno
They made me do a cover letter cv and 2 tasks and to do it you have to have the camara on and the microphone.
they were logic ones and the other ones about goals and passions
Process is quite lengthy. I’m still completing last design task which is almost asking to do full end-to-end app for them. Questions regarding the logical riddles where quite weird (don’t know really why they are there). Also there’a one AI interview where you are in camera and speak to it (wasn’t that bad)
