I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Milano) in Sep 2023
Interview
The process was good overall, maybe just too long.
I started by submitting my CV and Cover Letter, which were quickly reviewed and accepted in 2 days.
At this point I undertook 2 sets of tasks of 4 hours each, the first assessing behavioral and logical skills, the second one more focused on LeetCode like algorithms.
After a month since the Application, I had my first HR-Interview, and then a second on Problem Solving after a week.
The last step consisted in giving some references so they could ask additional questions (they asked to all 3 of them).
At the end, a month after my last interview I was told I wasn't being selected for the job, but they scheduled a call to give me a deep feedback on all the steps of the selection process, which was appreciated.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Milano) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process has 4 stages.
The first 2 stages are online tests, each with multiple questions.
The last 2 stages are online interviews.
The tests fairly evaluated programming skills without focusing on any particular domain. My only problem is that there were a lot of them and they took a significant amount of time. The overall interview process is quite long in terms of hours it requires you to put into it.
The online interview was quite enjoyable with no unnecessary appearances, just two software engineers talking to each other. I did enjoy it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Barcellona) in Sep 2023
Interview
The process was long but entertaining. After the screening process you get a list of tasks to complete. They take several hours. These first tasks are more related to comprehension and analysis skills. After that you get some additional tests, more related to coding/math. Also take several hours. After that I got a video interview where we discussed past experience, role, projects, culture... There were two other interviews left in the process, but I didn't make it through.

Interview
After the initial CV screening I recieved the first assessment of logical/math questions and personality test. Questions weren't impossible, but definetly challenging. Haven't been able to pass it, but would try again in the future.
