You spend time applying and filling in all their forms, writing a cover letter, and so on. Then you get a generic denial without so much as a custom "subject title" to remind you which job you applied for. This is frustrating because on LinkedIn they seem to continuously repost jobs. It's not clear if this is due to new opportunities opening up or simply because of a "quick turnover". Either way, I feel like for a company that's hiring developers, it shouldn't be too hard to at least set up some form of automation to at least change the subject title of your generic default denial email to specify which job you applied for. Even I can do that with MailChimp and a couple of minutes to spare ... and I'm apparently not good enough for the Junior Role. So it's quite disappointing to see this ...

Extremely long and inefficient process. You need to complete many long take-home tasks and you'll spend hours with those before even talking to someone.
The 3 interviews are nice and people really kind, that is a plus.
However, they asked for references and made interviews with them, only to get rejected in the end.
Had to do a technical 45min task that had questions from general logical reasoning and computation. The task was interesting although had to answer 7 questions in 45min so quite quickly
