I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Budapest) in Jan 2023
Interview
After submitting your CV, you needed to solve some math problems and some logical excercises. They weren't easy, but it was challenging and fun. After I got through, I was invited to do some coding tasks, where I felt the time was not enough for me. The exercises were correct I can say. There was also an oral session where they asked about your previous experience and how you behave in certain situations. I felt that this session was pointless, most of the questions didn't make sense for me. Overall: the math/logic/codins tasks took a few hours to complete, but they were correct and I liked those. The oral part needs some changing I think.

Question 1
What would you if you get a task you don't like but you need to do it anyway? Give us an example where you and your teammate didn't agree on a topic and how did you resolve it. What would you do if you don't have motivation for work on a day?

Extremely long and inefficient process. You need to complete many long take-home tasks and you'll spend hours with those before even talking to someone.
The 3 interviews are nice and people really kind, that is a plus.
However, they asked for references and made interviews with them, only to get rejected in the end.
Had to do a technical 45min task that had questions from general logical reasoning and computation. The task was interesting although had to answer 7 questions in 45min so quite quickly
