More than 5 rounds of online exercises, 2 rounds of interviews with their HR interns that they wanted to train and used my time to do so. They were the ones that approached me at the beginning to apply, and when I opted out of the process they insisted that I continued because they liked my CV. And after all of this... they rejected me.
High-difficulty brain-teaser questions and logical puzzles that had nothing to do with the role I applied for and wanted to test "the way you think". Probably, the 10th stage of the process would be to take me on a boat, leave me on the Nemo ocean point and test which direction I would choose to swim in order to save myself.
Generic feedback in an email form after many rounds. Very unprofessional overall.

CV+ Cover Letter screening, 2 problem sets (~5-6 hours in total), behavioral interview with a recruiter (1 hour), problem solving interview with other employees, behavioral interview with other employees. In addition to the interviews and the problem sets, you are also asked to complete several tests on external platforms (logic and personality).
Though the problem sets were fun, the process felt really disrespectful of my time. It took 6 hours of work on their tests before I got to speak with a real person from the company - they didn’t even give me a phone call. The tests were repetitive and didn’t really examine much apart from reading comprehension.
Overall, both the job description and the process felt very non-transparent, and at some point it began to feel like it was on purpose.
