I just did the first step which consisted in various logical - comprehension and attitudinal tests. Irene followed me through the process and it felt like a "deluxe" treatment. Never seen something like that, especially from an Italian company. Full dedication, personalized negative feedback and as cherry on the top, 10 euros to give in charity as appreciation of the time spent. Well done, and thanks again to Irene!

The process was lengthy and inefficient, all the assessment tasks took too long, the recruitement process showed lack of respect for candidate's time and efforts. They should have done CV screening in a more responsible way, rather than sending candidates to really really long assessments, rounds of assessment, with excel tasks and case studies etc.
