Interview
The application process I went through was divided in two main parts. In the first one, I was asked to take a series of tests, mostly composed of multiple choice questions and open answer questions. Each test took ~30 minutes and, except for a small part, no coding was involved.
All in all, the tests were not hard and they aimed at testing logical thinking in unfamiliar topics. (Some tests were also provided in the form of funny stories and scenarios).
The tests had no deadline and I've been able to take them whenever I wanted in my free time.
The second part of the process had me going through three interviews, two focused on myself and how I would behave in certain given situations (with examples, if possible), and one more practical interview were I was given two problems and was asked to explain how I would solve them and why I would proceed in a certain way.
The interviews' difficulty was in line with the first part of the process; the interviewers were very helpful, with follow-up questions and explanation in case something was not clear enough.
During the whole process I was followed by a recruiter, who took care of keeping me in the loop after each step I took, from the application to the last interview. At the end, I received very useful feedback from the recruiter about my application process.
The whole process took around ~2 months, with a total of ~10 hours considering the tests and the interviews.

The Tasks were mostly logical and needed some practice. You need to have enough time for their application process that can be long but as they said they are not in rush for choosing anyone.

Interview
The interview process started after my application with a direct progression to the next stage, as my CV allowed me to skip the initial screening phase. I was then asked to complete two questionnaires, followed by four timed tasks (approximately 50, 45, 25, and 10 minutes).
The first three tasks were proctored, requiring screen, webcam, and microphone recording throughout the session. The final 10-minute task was not proctored and involved recording video responses to general behavioral questions.
Throughout the process, an HR representative was available to provide guidance and support, although they did not have the ability to influence or modify the evaluation process itself. Overall, the process was structured, rigorous, and quite demanding.
Mostly about project and experience on CV and personality. Quite related to the task that was asked to take before the interview. Prepare examples for the questions in the task.
