Dopo aver inviato la candidatura sono passat* allo step successivo. Veniva richiesto di compilare più questionari, test, e un breve saggio personale. I tempi di risposta e selezioni sono molto brevi, hanno impiegato meno di una settimana per darmi un feedback, nel quale veniva riportato che, nonostante il buon risultato, gli altri candidati avevano performato di più e per questo il processo si sarebbe concluso a quello step.

The first step is to send a cv and a cover letter. After they read and like them, you will be sent a set of 8 problems to solve. First four are technical questions, and I think I answered pretty well. The second four are more difficult. I was rejected after this phase.
