I found the posting on LinkedIn and applied through the website.
I was contacted by a member of the recruiting time who supported me with the process and sent me a pdf detailing the procedure.
I also received a test with 3 independent questions, each with its own timer. The question where only partly related to the specific role, but they were clear and well explained, generally doable with far less time than allowed.
A few days after I completed all the questions I have been contacted for an interview with the office in Milan.
After about 10 days I was told that my application was approved and I have been directed to two other staff members who took care of the onboarding.

I was asked to clarify some of my experiences, if I understood the position, if I encountered challanges in past roles and how I tackled them, if I could give examples of negative and positive past work situations, and a few other minor questions.

Interview
Il primo passo è l’invio del CV e, spesso, di una lettera di motivazione. È importante essere sintetici ma incisivi, mettendo in evidenza risultati concreti e motivazione autentica per il ruolo e l’azienda.
Questi test valutano la capacità di ragionamento, pensiero critico e rapidità nel risolvere problemi. Non è richiesta una preparazione tecnica specifica, ma è importante essere lucidi, precisi e veloci. Il test viene spesso svolto online e in autonomia.
Se superi i test, riceverai un caso pratico legato al ruolo (ad esempio, su product o growth strategy). Ti verrà chiesto di analizzare dati, proporre soluzioni e spiegare il tuo approccio. Questo esercizio valuta la tua capacità di pensare in modo strutturato e orientato ai risultati.

Lungo ma risposte veloci, vari test molto lunghi di cui non posso parlare, test dove prettamente devi usare la logica, circa un test alla settimana con tempo una settimana circa per risolverlo

Non posso rilasciare nulla, ti fanno firmare la non divulgazione
Normale colloquio dove vengono poste domande più o meno personali al candidato. Non viene spiegato in profondità in cosa consisterebbe la mansione da svolgere. Non ho ricevuto feedback sul mio colloquio o sul perchè non abbiano accettato la mia candidatura a parte il solito vago e ritrito "purtroppo erano presenti dei candidati più adatti a te per per la tale posizione"
