I was invited to apply for an open position after participating in an event organized by the company. The selection process consisted of a first step in which I was asked to complete some logical reasoning tests and other tests more specific to the role I was applying for, followed by three interviews. The communication with the recruiters was exceptional and they were all very helpful and punctual. The process can be demanding and time consuming but it is overall a very positive and stimulating experience and it is definitely worth the effort!

First two sets of logical and behavioral problems which took like 2 weekends, included a one minute video-presentation and a simulation of cold calling two people (Bending Spoons employee pretending to be a recent graduate and a senior manager in the USA who doesn't want to change job) to convince them to join the company. Big problem, you can call these people only on fidays from 3 to 5 pm, if you have a meeting or something in that time slot you have to wait a week to call them again. After that, a first regular interview, nothing to point out. After that, a second interview with two engineers who don't know anything about you or your application, they just test your logical skills and ability to reasons on math problems for an hour. After that, a third interview with the manager of the whole HR team, nothing to report here. Anyway after 2 weeks of tests and simulations and a month of interviews, you arrive at the last step just to be rejected by email with no explanation. Dear HR team, very kind of you to make candidates go through hell and test them like a lab-rats just to reject them with no explanation or because they are not a good cultural fit for the company, if you are so smart you could have remarked that after the first interview.
