If you are applying to this company, set aside sufficent hours as they will ask of you to do some tests that could very well take you around 7 hours to complete.

Question 1
Not questions really, you have to pass all the tests first before your first interview.
The interview was far more difficult than I expected. The questions were complex and unexpected, forcing me to think quickly under pressure. I felt nervous, but I stayed focused and answered as honestly as I could, learning a lot from the experience.

Le prove molto divertenti e stimolanti, recruiter alla mano e disponibile. Tuttavia il boss (neanche finale, c'era ancora un altro step) mi ha completamente uccisa con prove di logica e ragionamento da fare ad alta voce mentre ti guardava e giudicava.
Le comunicazioni di scarto non sono affatto personalizzate, è semplicemente una mail automatica che dice "Altri sono stati meglio di te". Se avessero smarcato la parte di logica da subito non avrei perso altro tempo.

Everything was communicated pristinely and in line with the tasks I had to do beforehand as a part of application process. It was actually my first job interview ever, and I couldn't have wished for a better one!
