You have a First screening process, you send tour CV and cover letter and if suitable you are recontacted by an HR member to have some online tests to check your problem solving skills , not related to your job. If you pass this you Will go through another selection. I didn't pass the test phase. I think such tests are to be given After a First face to face interview...I don't think this Is the correct way to screen candidates for a customer service position. However selection was transparent and also provided feedback on why I was not selected
There were two assessments after HR reached out. First assessment was like an IQ test. Second assessment had 5-6 parts that includes some case studies. In general it was not easy but not super hard. Since it was a customer support role the technical questions were not difficult.

Sono stato contattato due volte via mail, dato che alla prima mail non avevo risposto. Sono stato accompagnato via mail lungo tutto il processo selettivo con una buona descrizione delle prove che avrei sostenuto. Non sono arrivato ad un effettivo colloquio con un membro delle risorse umane ma ho passato i due livelli precedenti.
