Il processo e' durato circa 3 mesi ed era diviso in diverse fasi. Prima una fase di screening del cv, poi una serie di test di logica e di problem solving, a seguire dei test più' specifici che richiedevano di implementare degli algoritmi (linguaggio a scelta) e per concludere due colloqui (il primo più' di genere conoscitivo e per inquartare il mindset lavorativo, il secondo con domande rivolte verso problem solving e soft skills)

I am still on 3rd stage, I have cleared 2 assessments. I dont know what to expect from the interview or how many more stages there are but from what I have heard , I guess atleast 2-3 interviews
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
