1st round of interviews were very detailed and clear, thinking outside the box, want to see how you grasp different concepts. 8-10 theoretical questions and 5-6 personal questions.
Good communication with the recruiters. A lot of effort is put behind the selection process.

Interview
The interview process is divided more or less into 2 parts - the tests and the interviews. On average, I believe there are 2 batches of tests and 3 interviews. The questions on the tests check more for logical reasoning than technical knowledge and require a substantial time investment. The interviews check for your motivation.

I was contacted by a recruiter who then followed me throughout the selection process. I then proceeded with the assessments and, later on, with interviews with recruiters and the team. I definitely appreciated that I was assigned a recruiter who would directly and regularly interact with me.
