Interview
There were 5 phases (if I remember it properly):
- A 4-hour test
- A short interview with a recruiter
- One specific 4-hour test
- One specific interview with someone in my area
- A final interview with a senior member of the team.
- Background check with the previous employer
It is a long process. But once you are in (hopefully) it all makes so much sense. Bending Spoons is a company that trusts and values people. So recruiting carefully is totally essential.

Question 1
The interview is more like a conversation. The questions don't have a "catch", it is all straight forward honest talk. In the last interview, there was a couple of logical tests. But nothing scary - it is just to simulate a real-world work scenario.
