Interview
The process was structured in several steps, starting with sending CV and cover letter, through several case studies and logical tests and a few final interviews. I really appreciated the challenging problems I was presented with and the immediate confirmation of the correct reception of the materials I sent at each stage.

Question 1
The tests focused on logical reasoning and problem solving for position specific case studies. The first interview concerned my experiences, my values and profile. The second interview was a longer exploration of my interests and a further testing of my reasoning skills.

Interview
The entire process had 5 steps 1. A first batch of tests made of 1 test on an extremal platform + 5 problems on a dedicated section of our website. 2. A second batch of tests made of 4 problems on a dedicated section of our website. 3. A first behavioral interview with HR 4. A second interview, this time it’s going to be a problem-solving one, with other Spooners. 5. A final behavioral interview, with other Spooners.

Round 1 - It had one personality test (big 5 ocean ) on the criteria website
Round 1 Part 2- Data interpretation and logical reasoning test on their website. There were 5 sets of DILR with 4-5 questions each set and time was allotted between 20-30 min for each set. The difficulty was similar to that of the CAT (Indian MBA entrance exam) or easier as more time was given to solve each set.
Dopo circa una settimana dal caricamento del CV sul loro sito, sono stato contattato per svolgere una serie di test da svolgere entro 10 giorni. Ho ricevuto un riscontro il risultato dei test dopo circa una settimana.

Interview
The process consists of several stages (CV & cover letter screening, several tests about logic, at least two interviews). The process seems “fair” and well-structured, but at the same time, quite a lot of time and effort are required to perform the above-mentioned tests (between 5-7 hours). The nicest thing was that the HR department provided me with feedback after each stage within a reasonable amount of time (less than a couple of weeks)
