Interview
The hiring process was long and contained multiple stages of exercises. Instead of offering interesting problems, they put as a recurring topic of how to determine the optimal revenue of an app given some metrics. At one point they broke off the hiting process without any explanation. The interviews felt very improvised with all three interviewers I talked with.
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
Two rounds of several tasks, most of which were logic problems, some were programing. After I did two interviews, a both were half behavioral, the second half was logic based on the first one and system design on the second one.
