Interview
I applied through the company website, attaching my resumé and cover letter. Then there was a first interview via Skype with one of the founders. Then a coding challenge which is quite demanding in terms of effort, where they test your ability to write good software and solve non-trivial problems. Then a problem solving phase, on their website, consisting of 8 quite tough problems, each of which took between 60 and 90 minutes to complete. And finally another technical interview with the founders.

Question 1
What was my biggest failure, and what I learned from it.
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
Two rounds of several tasks, most of which were logic problems, some were programing. After I did two interviews, a both were half behavioral, the second half was logic based on the first one and system design on the second one.
