The selection process took several months, during which I completed a series of online tests, mainly focused on logic and personality. It took two months before I was finally able to speak with a real person. While the process was engaging, it had little to do with the actual role, about which I knew almost nothing for months beyond a few lines in the LinkedIn job posting. Once I later learned about the employees’ working hours, I was ultimately glad I was not selected.
