Interview
I completed several online tests and exams - involving knowledge related to the role and also more general logic questions. This was followed by some rounds of interviews with the team I would be working with. The recruitment team was really helpful in explaining the process, and while the process is longer compared to other companies, it felt very considered at each stage.

Interview
The interview consisted of several rounds of written test, followed by two interviews with human resources and one interview with the functional team. The written tests included very difficult questions that required logic and reasoning skills. The interviews were very fair and the interviewers provided opportunities to ask questions and get to know the company.

Ho prima dovuto risolvere due set di problemi di logica linguistica e di analisi di dati; poi ho risposto a un set di domande inerenti l’organizzazione del lavoro e il merito della mia materia nello specifico; ho poi affrontato 3 colloqui orali in parte attitudinali e in parte vertenti sulle mie conoscenze della materia.
