Interview
Il processo si compone di diversi assessment in diversi step. Ogni step ha 4/6 problemi da risolvere che sono di logica, di ricerca operativa, statistica, matematica e sulle logiche di funzionamento e monetizzazione di applicazioni.
Dopo aver completato gli assessments scritti ci sono colloqui orali con sia domande più generali (esperienza, motivazione, cultural fit) e altri indovinelli di problem solving da risolvere live.

As esempio sulle domande orali puoi aspettarti richieste come "cCosa puoi apportare come impatto in Bending Spoons, dove sai che puoi contribuire per la società".
Sulla parte scritta ad esempio puoi aspettarti l'analisi di redditività di una applicazione con diversi modelli di monetizzazione provati in A/B test e ti viene chiesto di commentare i numeri e i risultati.

Interview
Candidatura online, dopo un primo screening del cv si è sottoposti a task di logica abbastanza generici e non allineati alla job description.
Una perdita di tempo e non si ha la possibilità di contattare un responsabile delle risorse umane né altri membri dell'azienda.
In compenso la valutazione della candidatura è molto veloce.
The interview process started with an online assessment followed by a video interview. The interviewers asked both behavioral and role-related questions to understand my product thinking and problem-solving approach. The atmosphere was professional and friendly, and I spoke with two interviewers who were interested in learning about my experience and how I approach product decisions.

What is one example of a product improvement you identified yourself, and how did you approach validating the opportunity and implementing the solution?
Very difficult, asked if I was a hard worker, and to prove it to them. Defs like a 996 company. Long process, had like 5 rounds of interview and like 3 rounds of testing.
