Bending Spoons Graduate Data Analyst interview questions

I just did the first phase of the application process, which was an assessment. It was pretty easy. It took 1 hour, and it covered different aspects like math, programming, and data understanding.

I found the process very dehumanised and time-consuming. After the initial screening, there was an online test, followed by another timed technical task, followed by pre-recorded interviews. No interaction with a human whatsoever. Despite the whole thing taking around hours, the only feedback is “There are a lot of strong candidates and, based on the information available, we believe some of them are better suited for the job.” Pretty sure my application was not even seen by a human.
