Bending Spoons Data Analyst interview questions

A pretty long process consisting of different tasks to solve online and a few interviews with different people from the company. The tasks are challenging but pretty enjoyable to tackle.

I saw an open position on the website and decided to apply. The process is made up of several phases: 1 - Screening process, where your CV has to be selected, together with additional documents if the applicant wants to (e.g. cover letter). 2 - Two sets of problem solving tasks, that are made at home with great time flexibility. Tasks require basically only logic, together with basic statistics and probability knowledge, but nothing to be prepared in advanced. Additionally, more personal questions will be asked. 3 - Interview with the hiring team, about your background and study/work experience. 4 - Problem solving interview. 5 - Technical interview(s), with questions related to the field you are applying for (but really no hard skill). Overall, the process is quite long, but it can be sped up on request. I find it quite balanced, as only the raw skill of the applicant is tested. The recruiter taking care of me was always very quick in answering my concerns and accommodating for my needs.
