I applied to BMW through Indeed.com. After submitting my CV through Indeed, I was contacted about the role and invited to a telephone interview. After passing this stage, I was then invited to take part in a group interview with c.12 other applicants. Finally, after passing the group interview, I was invited for a final interview with the MD.
