I applied online. I interviewed at Avanade (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2022
Interview
First was the phone screen, talking to the recruiter, then it was talking to the manager. After talking to the manager, I talked to the Dev lead where it got more technical.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Avanade (München, Bavaria)
Interview
I have applied online. I had 3 interviews:
1) with HR - very standard questions
2) a technical one, with only one person. It lasted for two hours. It coverd all topics, databases, C#, OOP. .NET Framwwork, cloud etc. Since I firmly believe about myself that I am an experienced candidate, I found those questions baren, although I knew the answers. I also had a portofolio of which the interiewer was aware however he was not interested on me prestenting to him. The reason I developed that porofolio was to show my skils in a practical way, a tehnical interogation is not really my cup of tea.
3) with the manager. Nothing special here, apart if I am available to travel. This subjec seems to be very important.
